Selection Activity Downloads:
These activities are an excellent start for preparing
a workshop or carousel style RA selection process. By using a variety
of activities, you can observe how candidates work in groups, what their
leadership styles are, and what unique characteristics they might bring
as an RA. Some of the activities also will bring out "red flags"
in candidates. It is good to try and choose a variety of activities and
make an effort to cater to both extroverts and introverts. Sometimes these
processes can tend to favor the extrovert. Enjoy!
NOTE: These
activities have been sent out via the ResidentAssistant.com Pro List Serve,
