How you can have your RAs evaluate you?

When I was an assistant hall coordinator at The University of Northern Iowa, I helped coordinate an RHD evaluation process where the RAs e-mailed our residence halls professional secretary their evaluation of the residence hall coordinator and assistant hall coordinator. The professional secretary compiled all of the comments, erased the names, and gave it back to the residence hall coordinator and residence hall director for their review. This way it is kept confidential and the RAs feel more comfortable being honest about their supervisor(s).
