THIINGS TO DO

_____ Fill out and turn in your DOR Housing Contract.

_____ Fill out necessary employment forms (I-9 W-4).

_____ Give in your size for Staff Clothing.

_____ Attend Bender Hall Staff Meeting 3:30-5:00 p.m. Wednesday April 14.

_____ Attend the last (or next to last) house meeting in your new assigned
 house to meet your new house officers and new returning residents.

_____ Contact a current Bender Hall RA or RA's (see attached sheet for
           contact information) and schedule to:

a) help work a desk shift.
b) be on-call (help do reounds).

_____ Provide Summer address and phone number.

_____ Write your welcome letter to your new residents using the examples
 on the attached sheets.  You may want to consult your new house
 president and or officers and have them help you write it (names).

_____ Turn in your completed typed welcome letter to Brian Steinberg.

_____ Sign all of your welcome letters after they have been returned from
print services (you will be notified and told where to come and sign
them).

_____ Turn in a list to Brian Steinberg of all the supplies you will need to
           construct your house door decks and during the summer months.

_____ Pick up requested supplies from Brian Steinberg and finish all of
           your house door decks.

_____ Listened to Fall Workshop Overview.

_____ Listened to Bob Reason's closing comments.
 

INFORMATION

1. You will receive your house placement at Wednesday's Staff Meeting.

2. We need a new RA to be on-call in Bender on Sunday April 25 from 4:30-
    12:00 midnight ______________.
