Stuff to Know Before doing a Program

1. Fall: Each RA MUST plan 2 educationals, 2 socials. You must complete at least one program on or before October 15th.

2. Spring: Each RA MUST plan 2 educationals, 2 socials. You must complete at least one program on or before March 1st.

3. You must do 1 program / semester in conjunction with another staff member (Beside your Diversity).

4. Each RA is responsible for one Theme Week program (fall and spring)

5. One of your programs (fall and spring) must have the involvement of a Gray resident in the planning and coordination of the activity

6. Each diversity month program MUST appear on the diversity month calendar (diversity month program proposals must be given to Lisa on the 8th of month before your month).

7. All Program Planners must be submitted to Lisa AT LEAST 10 days before event.

8. EVERY building activity MUST have flyers (be creative with them) up at least 4 days in advance.

9. You MUST complete an attendance sheet for every building event.

10. You must complete an evaluation form after the program.

11. If any of these expectations are not met you will be required to perform other tasks and/or placed on probation
