Each resident assistant can focus in the three areas listed, and outline their goals in the topic area for their coordinator. Actions that can be used to reach goals, but are not limited to this list, include:

Departmental Committee Work
Attend a RAISE event (mandatory once per semester)
Skill development within major (i.e., music students learning to play a new style & demonstrate)
Counseling Center workshops
Skill classes (speed reading, etc.)
Explore new topical area for personal growth and develop a program
Attend other staff members programs
