As to the staff/resident relationship, we adhere to our college employee policy which defines appropriate and inappropriate relationships; (ie. romantic relationships are generally viewed as inappropriate).  We also require all staff to attend a sexual harrassment workshop presented by our health educator and affirmative action officer.  At this session all aspects of staff/resident relationships are explored, and the legalities are discussed.
