Dear ________:

Congratulations on your success in the 1999-2000 Resident Assistant selection process.  I would like to invite you to participate in the Bender Hall in-hall interview process.  Please review the following information carefully in order to decide whether you would like to continue through our process.

All candidates are requested to attend one of the five following two hour and fifteen minute round robin interviews:

These will consist of four 20 minute interviews with Bender Hall staff members and student leaders.  The last phase of our process will consist of an individual interview with Bob Reason (Bender Hall Coordinator).

Currently, we have 4 male and 4 female openings.  I hope the interviews enable you to meet the staff you may be working with as well as give us the opportunity to get to know you better.  Enclosed with this letter you will find the most recent resident assistant job description for Bender Hall.

Please review sections B. 1-4 and E. 1, because it is slightly different than the other eight UNI residence halls.

Please contact the Bender Hall Secretary at x3-2658 by 4:00 p.m. on Friday February 19, 1999 to schedule your interview times.  If you are not interested in participating in our process, please contact us with that information.

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at x3-7679.

I look forward to meeting you.

Sincerely,

Brian C. Steinberg
Bender Hall Assistant Hall Coordinator
