PAST SEMESTER ACCESSMENT EXERCISE

PAST SEMESTER ACCESSMENT EXERCISE

The purpose of this exercise is to help us grow as a staff by accessing what went well and what went not so well last semester, which will help us improve for this next up and coming semester.

Take about 10 minutes to fill this exercise out.  Once you are finished please find a fellow RA on staff to discuss your responses with.  We will break up and share our responses with the whole staff shortly.

Discuss one thing that went well and one thing that went not so well last semester (A-D).  Also, explain how you will try to keep the things that went well going and improve on the things that went not so well.

A)  Personally:
What went well? ?  How will you keep this going?
