Our administrative software system, CIS Edvanta (a.k.a., CARS) has the
ability to do co-curricular transcripts.  We are not currently using it
though, because we've been trying to grapple with who would do the
verification and data entry. (It "comes out of the box" giving everyone
who has access to the co-curricular transcript the ability to do data
entry. Some at our institution are concerned about ensuring the
verification of the data entry. Our IT staff would have to make major
modifications to the system to reduce who has the ability to do data
entry vs. read-only capabilities.)
