Description: This program is a fun and messy
way to get the floor involved and to help them learn
more about each other. It can also be used as a teambuilder
or ice breaker for a staff to bond.
Instructions:
- Make a LARGE bowl of Jello (you can mix colors
and decorate around the bowl to make it look great!)
- Create about 100 questions, print them out, cut
them out individually, and then wrap each one tightly
in aluminum foil. Questions can personal, trivial,
or funny…be creative!
- Bury the foil wrapped questions in the Jello
- During the program, students search through the
bowl to find a question to answer. They then share
their answer with the rest of the floor. (There
are a few example questions attached)
Other Considerations: Have paper towels ready
– it gets messy!
Make it clear at the beginning of the program, that
if someone feels uncomfortable answering a question,
they can just pick again.

Sample questions:
~ Run into your room and bring out one item that
means a lot to you (without letting anyone see this
piece of paper...dont explain what you are doing either)...then
come back and explain.
~ Give a compliment to the person on your right.
~ Here comes the standard question...If you were
stranded on a deserted island, what 3 things would
you bring...and what one person?
~ Family time...tell us about your fam? How many
siblings, cousins, grandparents, stuff like that.
You can even throw in info about how you get along
with the fam. What ever you feel comfortable with.
~ Share ANYTHING you want to say...make it meaningful!
~ Pick again :
