Description:
To give residents a safe environment to watch the Super
Bowl, eat food, and play games while socializing with
other residents from their own and other halls.
Since it is the beginning of the semester, this is a
good opportunity to meet other residents.
Different RA's representing all the halls invited their
residents to come and participate. Hosted event at
Hall cafeteria where pizza, chips, veggie tray, fruit,
cookies, and cokes were available to residents.
Instructions/Things Needed:
Large Screen T.V.
Food
Balloons (was our only decorations)
12 RA's took part-- to expand our target
Other Considerations:
The more people involved meant more food (Cost was $5
to each RA involved)
Program was easy to do and Residents really enjoyed the
program.
The main person will set-up information and give to
other RA's. The rest of the RA's just have to put
up posters and flyers at their own hall.
