Roommate Relationships - Do you know who you're sleeping with?

Description:

At the beginning of the year we invited our school's Office of Freshman Success to our floor to do a "Roommate Workshop".  We offered pizza and prizes if both roommates showed up (they were construction paper certificates and candy bars).  We also played the "Roommate Game" which is another version of the "Newlywed Game".  We talked about how to create boundaries in a roommate situation and still have a good time.  There was lots of discussion on what a roommate shouldn't do.  We also invited two sets of roommates who were still living together to talk about how things worked out for them.  Almost fifty people showed up to this program and I got great feedback!

Other Considerations:

Definitely think of a catchy slogan.  "Roommate Workshop" just won't cut it.  Ours was "Shouldn't you know who you're sleeping with?"
