Description: We served corn on the cob, baked beans, and hot dogs. One of our CA's worked with a local farmer towards the end of the corn season and he was able to give us a good deal on the corn.
Instructions: Plan ahead! We had each CA bring the largest pot that they owned (or their mom owned) to boil the corn in. We ended up using 4 huge pots. It took a good 1/2 hour for the water to boil and then we started putting in the corn for about 10 minutes at a time or until the kernels had fully expanded.
We had one CA cook the baked beans in a crock pot at her apartment since we knew our space on the grill would be limited. She brought them down once people started showing up to eat and it worked great.
