Money
Patrol |
This program was originally started by one of our
assistant residents directors but it is an awesome idea. We have
a money patrol. Each week a student is picked at random and we
show up with ballons and a small prize and a polaroid camera. We
give them the prize and put their picture up in the lobby. Then
at the end of the semester we have a grand prize drawing for a much
more expensive prize. We have house council dues which are $10
that students pay when checking in. By paying these dues it
gives them the chance to win on top of all the other benefits they get
with it...and by having a chance to win, they are more apt to pay and
get excited realizing the building is giving back to them.
