You get everyne on your floor/building to bring a quarter to an event or floor meeting.They also need to bring thier IDs. You put everyonesID'sin a hat. You go on to pickthe name out and that personis the winner. They have enough moneyto do laudndry for a month. You could do this as a weekly/monthly/ semester thing.
