"Ice Blocking"

It's called "Ice Blocking". You have each resident buy a block of ice (around $1.00) bring a towel and go to a nearby hill. you place the towel on top of the ice block and sled.... you see we don't get much snow here... once in 3 years... so it's like going snow sledding but not... It's cheap and the residents love it!
