Halloween
Gourd Painting |
Since we cannot have pumpkin carving programs at our
university because they promote the use of candles
(which are illegal in the residents' rooms), we decided
to create a program as an alternative to carving
pumpkins. We had residents paint small gourds
instead. As side entertainment, we showed scary
movies and gave out tons of Halloween candy!!!
Materials needed:
paint
paintbrushes
gourds
scary movies
lots of Halloween candy
