Program: Freaky Bingo!
Social
Description:
This is bingo with a twist. All of the prizes must be strange or freakish, in an effort to
entertain the players.
You'd be surprised what kinds of prizes you can get any any Wal-mart or Target-type of
store.
You can make it like a real game show, with wacky announcements describing the prizes, and
RAs showing the prizes to the oohs! and aahs! of the crowd.
Sometimes, it's also fun to have some sayings that the crowd responds with when certain
numbers are called. For example:
B9 "...or malignant"
B4 "...and after"
B1 "with the Force"
O69 "Oh! 69!" (Sorry about that one.)
You get the idea.
Instructions/Things Needed:
*Bingo game set (about $5 at most toy stores)
*Talented RAs to:
a.) announce what type of game is being played
b.) show the prizes
c.) make wacky announcements
*Prizes. Here are the prizes we gave away at our program, which was earlier tonight. I
found all at our local Wal-Mart.
--magic rocks (dump 'em in water and watch 'em grow
--a buzzing bug killer bee which lights up and buzzes
--Star Wars bath towel and washcloth set
--Barbie bath towle and washcloth set
--a Taco Bell chihuahua
--A Teletubbie keychain
--Presidential Placemats
--Taz, the Little Mermaid and Mulan playing cards
--An Elvis and Rusty Wallace in Hunka Hunka Burnin' Rubber T-Shirt and some gold
sunglasses like Elvis wore

--A Perler Beads Goofie Glowies Craft Kit

I also gave away a large Durex condoms Blue Moose display, a t-shirt, and free condoms
which Durex sent us (unsolicited, I might add). I gave it away to get it out of my office.
Other Considerations:
*Set a limit on the number of prizes each person can win, so everyone can have fun
*have refreshments
*tell people not to write on your Bingo Cards, so you can use them again later.
