Description: This program is to help spark
competition and identify the culinarily inclined.
Each team of three gets a box full of ingredients and
cookery. Explain that they have one hour to make
something with the items in the box. Try to have a chef
or someone from the food industry to judge the competition.
Although intended as a culinary competition, this concept
could be applied to other categories like art.
Instructions_Things_Needed: Cook ware, kitchen,
random food stuff/spices, utensils, judges and two-five
teams of three.
Other Considerations: Kitchen space really
determines what you can do. Ask your dining
service if they can help, the manager may be a great
judge as well. (Most of these guys have culinary
degrees. Really, I'm serious.)
