Military
Mail |
Send Christmas or Valentines letters to military
service men/women all over the world through a non-profit organization
called Military Mail. There is a cost involved with postage, but
at a reduced rate for each card sent.

For the Christmas mailing we sat around watching movies and baked
cookies while writing cards for 5 hours. Some people didn't want
to write cards, but they were willing to stuff envelopes or label.
The cards were donated by Current which is a catalog company that
sells stationary. Possibly look into other stationary companies
or stores that might have left over stationary from last year, because
that's what we got. The nice bonus is that sometimes they write
back and you've made a new friend, but also brightened their holiday
season.
