About

Used CD Exchange

Program: Used CD Exchange
Social

Description:

Everyone has old CDs that he or she does not listen to anymore. Maybe your tastes in music have changed or the CD was a gift from Great Aunt Flo. Well, one person's trash is another person's gold! Advertise a time and place where residents can gather to exchange old CDs. This program works great at the beginning of the year because it helps people meet others. This program can also be expanded to include movies, tapes, and computer games.

Instructions/Things Needed:

A big room is needed. A number of CD players are needed. One can be used to play loud music while others can be used to check the quality of CDs being traded. Refreshments are always nice. ADVERTISE, ADVERTISE, ADVERTISE!

Other Considerations:

Word of mouth advertising is sometimes best for this program. Tell everyone you know about it.
