Sex 101 and Self Defense

Description:

Go over the basics of what date rape is, the common drugs that may be involved, why it may happen and what do during and after an attack. Also, how to help a friend through it.

Instructions/Things Needed:

Information on date rape and a certified self-defense instructor. Have the instructor go over some very basic and easy defense techniques to get out of a situation.

Other Considerations:

Have this program for all females so no-one feels uncomfortable.
