Eat Cake and Be Merry

Description:

This is a social program we did to celebrate everyone's birthday at once. We ordered cake, decorated with streamers and balloons, and invited everyone to a birthday party. We also wrote everyone's birthday on a calendar and posted those near the cake. Afterwards, we used the calendar as a bulletin board.

Other Considerations:

Pick a date where people won't be swamped with homework. We had a lot of verbal commitments from people, but a lot of people didn't show the
night of the party. But free cake works as a good bribe to convince people to leave their homework for a few minutes.
