Recoginizing Academic Success

Recognizing Academic Success

At the end of each semester I review the GPAs of each of my staff members to check to see if they have made the minimum standards for the position.

One of the things that I enjoy doing is sending each Residence Life Staff
Member (includes student office staff and RHA Officers) that achieve a 3.5 GPA or better a letter of congratulations for their academic success. I forward a copy of this letter to their parents, their Residence Director and the Dean of Student Affairs. At the end of the year we also provide them with certificates at the end of year banquet.
