Stop Hate, Teach Tolerance

Description: This program mainly dealt with hate crimes and the alarming statistics on the number hate crime victims over the past few year. I had a professor from the sociology dept speak about it, and how we could we spread and teach tolerance . A week before the program, i put up signs all over my hall, with names of people who had died because of hate crimes.

Other Considerations: Try to make the discussion controversial. Its makes it more interesting and makes residents want to share their opinion. But remember to be a mediator.
