Description:

Actually, one of my residents came up with this one. Our floor had a meeting that promoted self confidence in women. This program helps females who get discouraged by stereotypes and name-calling, and teaches to take a different view.

Instructions/Things Needed:

Any types of poems that residents want to bring, and we divided all the participants into five small group for more close-knit discussion.
