Game
of Prejudice Life |
Name: Matthew M. Wilcox
School: University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
email: mwilcox@uwm.edu
Description:
Use "The Game of Life" as a model. Make different
routes that match up with different ethnic or sexual-oriented groups,
each with their own unique prejudice squares setting them back.
After the program, wrap up by discussing how it felt or how it was
frustrating.
Instructions/Things Needed:
Can either make a small game board or a life-sized one with paper
squares
Dice
a bunch of people to help make the prejudice-squares
Other Considerations:
Assign the roles randomly, don't actually assign roles based on who
the person it (unless they REALLY want to)
