DAMMIT DOLLS

Here is a very effective way residents can get stress relieved when going through a tough time. One thing that I do find effective and many students like to do are DAMMIT DOLLS!  It is a very good program idea right before finals.  Basically, when you do this program make sure that you are making it with a reasonable amount of time before finals.  Have each person that shows up to your program make his/her own DAMMIT DOLL.  A DAMMIT DOLL is a small doll made up with cloth and you can either put rice cotton or beans to make it more realistic.

You will need cloth, needles, scissors, markers, yarn (for hair) and wiggly eyes. They are really good stressed relievers by having to beat the DAMMIT DOLL  as much as they want.  They can hit the doll against their desk, wall or any unbreakable item. This is another way to get residents from other floors to talk to one each another.
