About

AROMATHERAPY

Description:

I gathered up information on the internet about aromatherapy (i.e. what it is? The various scents and what they do for you and how to use the oils.)  I went to a local earth store and bought some essential oils and other tools used in aromatherapy.  I had the lounge smelling like Lavender, which relaxes you.  We ran through all the information and passed around the oils and tools.  Since we are not allowed to burn candles, this is a great way to make your room smell nice!

Instructions/Things Needed:

Essential Oils
Diffusers
Book or internet information on Aromatherapy

Other Considerations:

You should warn your residents that this oil is from plants and should not be used on one's body (i.e. in bath water) without a doctor's permission.
