Kentucky Down Under

Description:

We had "Kentucky Down Under" come to our hall. They brought Australian animals and Aboriginal artifacts. We invited a group of children from a near-by children's home to share in the program.

Instructions/Things Needed:

We served snacks and juice to the children after the animals were put away.

Other Considerations:

Look around your state or city and see if there is a petting zoo or a wildlife park that does programs with children. Adult residents really enjoyed seeing the animals too!
