Christmas Caroling

Description:

I took a group of residents to the hospital to carol to the people who were stuck in the hospital during the holiday season.  We sang for about an hour and we all enjoyed our selves.  This was a good stress reliever for everyone who was apart of it.

Instructions Things Needed:

We had a resident who knew how to play the guitar really well and he learned how to play these songs so that we would have some accompanyment along with our singing.  You would also need to have copies of the words to the songs that you pick out so that everyone knows the words.  Another thing you should keep in mind is that you need permission first before going to sing at a hospital because that there are some areas that the nurses don't want you to go into and certain floors that are off limits.

Other Considerations:

Maybe next time go to a nursing home too because they need some holiday cheer too.
