What's in a name?

Description: This bulletin board is unique to your floor and will give your residents an insight to what their name means.  It's totally simple and doesn't take that much time depending on what direction you want to take it.  There are websites that provide meanings behind names and their origin.  There are tons of good websites that can give you meanings, but I prefer this one: www.namestusa.com  It's a fantastic site.

Instructions_Things_Needed: Look up the names of your residents and keep a note of their meaning.  When you are done looking them up, either type them or write them down and frame it nicely.  I used good old construction paper.  Not only do it give a nice look to it, but residents feel good that it's neat and not sloppy.  I painted: "What's in a Name?" with water colors.  After putting the names on, I did have white space left over, so I filled the space with red paper roses.

Other Considerations: Be creative.  I used paper roses because the title of the bulletin board came from a line in "Romeo & Juliet."  You can choose whatever theme you want.
