Decorate a bulletin board for your residents which allows them to post articles, pictures,
drawings, poems, pamphlets, etc that they find amusing, exciting, educational, fulfilling,
etc!
Instructions/Things Needed:
bulletin board
deco and border
sign that says "sharing board"
thumb tacks
resident participation
Other Considerations:
There has been some controversy with some things that are posted on the board. If someone
doesn't approve of something that was posted, they rip it down. I simply responded to this
by saying that if there was anything overtly offensive then it would be removed by me, and
if there was something that only a certain person finds offensive, then they can talk to
me about it and we'll discuss what to do about it. I also recommend asking your residents
to put their names on the things they submit so that others can thank them or in some
cases complain :) |
