7 Wonders of Philly
Description: I determined the 7 wonders of philly, and put pictures of them up on my bulletin board, encouraging students to check out these places. Tasty Foods, South Streets, the Performing Arts, The Art Museum & Boat House Row, Septa, the Sports Scene, and Independance Historical National Park were the places I deemed "wonders." This bulletin board was basically a conversation starter about the city our campus is in. A lot of my residents were from far away, so it got them excited and gave them things to do in Philadelphia.
Instructions: I searched for random pictures and also included some pictures of my own from previous philly experiences. I believe that this bulletin board got my residents asking questions about the city, and also made them want to travel to these locations. (Always a plus to keep them off the streets)
Other Considerations: I would suggest having more room. I know my bulletin board was a lot more crowded. Also, you could have how to get to these locations on the maps.
