Registering Voters on Campus? We can Help. Win scholarships or a free Concert with Death Cab for Cutie  ResidentAssistant.com, SAVE and HeadCount have teamed up to provide services and incentives for campus voter registration drives. The college that registers the most voters will win a free concert from Death Cab for Cutie as part of Ultimate College Bowl, a national promotion led by HeadCount and other nonpartisan, non-profit organizations. The students who register the most voters will also win $10,000 scholarships.
