| What are you doing to REconnect with your residents |
|

As we make our way into the Spring semester, it is important to consider what you are doing to intentionaly reconnect with your residents. Take time to knock on some doors, see how people are doing, and make an extra effort to connect with new residents who may have moved in mid-year. Be sure that you are asking your residents what if anything they would like to see happen in the community over the coming months, and giving them opportunities to be involved. |
