Bathroom Vandalism turned GOODDescription: An idea that was discussed with a group of new RA\'s here at Drexel ended up as a hit for my guy\'s bathroom. We have had a lot of issues with grafitti and vandilism in the bathrooms, especailly in the stalls. In a collaborative idea, we came up with the idea to put poster paper on the back of the stalls doors. Keep the grafitti off the walls of the stalls Instructions: On this paper, I wrote a message in sharpie that said "If you\'re thinking about writing on the walls of the stalls, why not just write your ideas, poems, jokes, comments, or drawings on this paper." I started them off with a few comments, and this past week, I have noticed students are actually writing on this paper! :) Other Considerations: Make a really catchy name for it and implement it building-wide. It totally could catch on and help discourage vandalism in the bathrooms. Jim BreenDrexel University jb423 (at) drexel dot edu |
