Description: This is a great way to build a tight knit community in your hall. I would suggest this be used in all girl\'s wings because boys can ... vandalize the pictures. What I did is I took a picture (usually found on Facebook) of each resident and made a slip of paper with a black border and their name in a different font for each resident. Then I gave them pens to write sweet notes to each other.

Other Considerations: You really need to make sure your community respects you as an RA that way they won\'t let other residents draw negative things. My girls said, "No, that\'s not cool," if anyone even mentioned it.
