Resident Assistant.com and ResLifePro.com are resource sites for housing staff.  You will find programming ideas, advice and information, fun content as well as opportunities to connect with other RAs and professionals. For more information about the sites, click here.

STATS:

Started in December of 1998, ResidentAssistant.com and ResLifePro.com (formerly ResidenceHallDirector.com) now receive over 600,000 page-views a month, with hundreds of universities represented from the US, Canada, Australia and the UK.  With all of these people visiting thousands of pages of content on this site, your ideas are helping a lot of people!  Thanks for your help in making this a great resource for all of us!  To get an idea of who is coming to this site, check out some survey results!

Content:

Programming: Go to the programming page for ideas in different categories.  Also, don't forget to submit the best programs you have done or know about.  Check out the calendar page for dates and events around which to plan your programs!

Advice and Information:  
Sometimes an outside opinion is just what you need.  Go to the advice page for articles on various issues.  If you have a question you want an answer to, submit it to the "Ask the Experts" section of the site, and it will be answered by a panel of residence life professionals.  To share ideas and questions with other RAs, join the listserve.  Be sure to sign up for the monthly newsletter as well!
