POSITIVE
BOMBARDMENT: One member is selected to be the recipient
of positive feedback from the rest of the group.
Once everyone has had a chance to give that
member the “gift” of feedback, another person is chosen
and the process is repeated.
This can be done in writing with members writing
a positive comment to each member and putting them
all in an envelope with the person’s name on it,
or verbally.
This also can be adapted so the members first
give some constructive criticism and then some positive
feedback.
