TUNNEL RELAY: Each
team stands in a single line (players one yard behind
each other with feet apart). At the signal, the
first player of each team rolls the ball between their
legs so that it passes through the legs of the other
players on their team and is caught by the player
at the end of the line. Player then runs with
the ball to the front of the line, and repeats the
procedure. The game ends when the first player
of one team has again reached the top of the line. If
the ball rolls out on one side of the tunnel, it must
be brought back to the same place, and rolled to the
end. NOTE: You can vary the game by having players
run to front of line with ball between their legs,
or by pushing the ball with their head, on their hands
and knees.
